Megan Evans has been named manager of philanthropy at Garnet Health Foundation – Catskills, according to an announcement from the organization. In her new position, Evans will lead fundraising campaigns and events, work to strengthen relationships with donors, and promote connections within the community.
Garnet Health Foundation – Catskills operates as a not-for-profit group focused on supporting Garnet Health Medical Center – Catskills through fundraising efforts.
Evans has a background in nonprofit management and community engagement. She previously worked at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts starting in 2016, where she held roles including manager of volunteer and community engagement and later manager of events and special projects. Evans holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University at Albany and lives in Sullivan County.
