On Friday, April 11, former Newburgh Free Academy standout Jake Lanzer’s current college team, the Stonehill Skyhawks, lost 3-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Mercyhurst Lakers.

The game took place at Mercyhurst Baseball Field. This was their first matchup against the Lakers this season.

The Skyhawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 12 p.m. at Mercyhurst Baseball Field against Mercyhurst Lakers.
