Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall names Michael Salituro as chief financial officer

Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall has announced the appointment of Michelè (Michael) Salituro, CPA, as its new Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective February 2, 2026.

Salituro has nearly three decades of experience in financial leadership roles. Before joining Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall, he was a Partner at BDO USA, P.C., where he managed audit engagements for multiple entities and locations from planning through completion. His previous positions include serving as Vice President of Finance for a not-for-profit healthcare system and as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for a for-profit hospital.

Salituro earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Iona University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

In his new role at Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall, Salituro will oversee all services within the Finance Division and manage the hospital’s financial operations. He will also work with other leaders to support the financial stability and growth of the organization.
