On Saturday, April 19, former Valley Central High School standout Alyssa Bonilla’s current college team, the Gardner-Webb Runnin’ Bulldogs, lost 7-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the USC Upstate Spartans.

The game took place at Brinkley Softball Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Upstate Spartans this season.

The Runnin’ Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 26 at 3 p.m. at CSU Softball Complex against Charleston Southern Buccaneers.
