On January 21, 2026, Rep. Ryan highlighted community mobilization against federal immigration enforcement activity: “In just a week, more than 10,000 members of our community have come together with a clear message – we won’t stand by & let ICE move into Chester. I’m incredibly proud of how the entire Hudson Valley has rallied – let’s keep up the momentum & show DHS what we’re made of.”
Pat Ryan was born in Kingston, New York in 1982 and resides in Gardiner. He is an alumnus of the United States Military Academy (class of 2004), holding a Bachelor of Science degree.
He succeeded Antonio Delgado as representative for New York’s 18th district and previously served in the New York House of Representatives.
