On May 13, 2025, Rep. Ryan addressed the issue of water safety in Hudson Valley. He stated that “Every Hudson Valley family should have the freedom to drink clean water, without fear of PFAS contamination.” He affirmed his commitment by adding, “I’ll keep fighting to make that the reality.”
The following day, on May 14, 2025, he invited constituents to an event providing direct support services. He tweeted about an ongoing initiative at New Windsor Town Hall: “HAPPENING NOW! Stop by New Windsor Town Hall before 12pm for direct, one-on-one assistance from a member of my C.A.R.E.S. Van team.”

Rep. Pat Ryan was born in Kingston in 1982 and resides in Gardiner. A graduate of the United States Military Academy (2004), he succeeded Antonio Delgado as representative of New York’s 18th District in Congress after previously serving in the New York House of Representatives.
