U.S. Congressman Pat Ryan, representing New York’s 18th district, has announced upcoming community outreach efforts through his C.A.R.E.S. Van team to assist constituents with federal programs and benefits.
On July 31, 2025, Ryan posted on his social media account: “If you need help navigating a federal program or have questions about your benefits, my C.A.R.E.S. Van team is here to help. We’ll be in Pleasant Valley tomorrow at 11:30am with the direct one-on-one support YOU deserve. Call (845) 486-2555 to RSVP first, details below!”
The following day, August 1, he invited residents to another event: “Do you need help navigating a federal program, or accessing your benefits? Come by Dutchess County Office for Aging’s Senior Picnic at 11:30am for direct, one-on-one assistance from a member of my C.A.R.E.S. Van team, details below!”
Later on August 1, Ryan emphasized the broader scope of these services: “This year, my C.A.R.E.S. Van team will be bringing high quality services – like navigating federal programs & accessing funding – for both households & local law enforcement to these celebrations across the Hudson Valley.”
Pat Ryan has served as the U.S. Representative for New York’s 18th District since replacing Antonio Delgado in 2022 and previously held office in the New York House of Representatives. Born in Kingston in 1982 and currently residing in Gardiner, Ryan graduated from the United States Military Academy in 2004.
