Rep. Pat Ryan, who represents New York’s 18th district in the U.S. Congress, shared updates on community engagement and support for veterans through a series of posts on September 5, 2025.

In a post at 18:46 UTC, Ryan announced upcoming events where his team would provide direct assistance with federal programs: “This weekend, my team is bringing one-on-one assistance with federal programs to Kingston’s One Life Only Festival & the Beacon Farmers Market with the CARES Van. It’s going to be a great weekend – hope you’ll join my team for part of it!”

Later that evening at 20:34 UTC, he expressed support for military personnel and veterans: “They’ve fought for us – together, we’re fighting for them. To our servicemembers & veterans: you are not alone.”

Pat Ryan has represented New York’s 18th District since replacing Antonio Delgado in Congress in 2022. Before serving in Congress, he was a member of the New York House of Representatives. Born in Kingston, New York in 1982 and currently residing in Gardiner, Ryan graduated from the United States Military Academy in 2004.
