On January 25, 2026, Ryan posted an advisory: “With a severe winter storm forecasted for this weekend, please prepare as needed! Check on neighbors who may need an extra hand to make sure they have everything they need.”
Later that day, he addressed road safety and expressed gratitude to essential workers: “Please try to avoid being out on the roads & use extreme caution if you need to drive. Ryan has represented New York’s 18th District in Congress since 2022 after replacing Antonio Delgado. He previously served in the New York House of Representatives and is a graduate of the United States Military Academy. Born in Kingston, New York in 1982, Ryan currently resides in Gardiner.
