Rep. Pat Ryan, a member of the U.S. Congress representing New York’s 18th district, has highlighted upcoming outreach events featuring his C.A.R.E.S. Van team in a series of social media posts.
On July 15, 2025, Ryan addressed constituents who might be unable to attend an event by stating, “Can’t make it? We have an event near you soon. Learn more about the C.A.R.E.S. Van & view the full event schedule for July here: https://t.co/RTNmpJx4DV”. In another post on the same day, he specifically called attention to residents of Pine Plains: “Attention Pine Plains! Tomorrow, my C.A.R.E.S. Van team will be at the Dutchess County Office for Aging Senior Picnic at 11:30am! Come by for direct, one-on-one support. Make sure to call 845-486-2555 first to RSVP! https://t.co/aNMBfqsXFA”.
The following day, July 16, Ryan reiterated the purpose of these efforts: “Whether you need help navigating a federal program, accessing your benefits, or have questions about your health care, my C.A.R.E.S. Pat Ryan began serving in Congress in 2022 after replacing Antonio Delgado and previously served in the New York House of Representatives. Born in Kingston in 1982 and currently residing in Gardiner, Ryan is also a graduate of the United States Military Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree.
