On September 19, 2025, Ryan invited constituents to seek help with federal programs at an upcoming event: “Do you need assistance navigating a federal program? Join my team tomorrow for one-on-one assistance at the CARES Van event at the 10th Annual Moon Festival in Port Jervis. It’s going to be a great time – hope you’ll join!”
Later that same day, he recognized a significant milestone achieved by a regional educational institution: “The Culinary Institute of America is an absolute treasure of the Hudson Valley – a huge congrats on this big achievement! Can’t wait to watch! Read about it at: https://t.co/5iqnPDUmLk”
On September 20, 2025, Ryan reiterated his invitation for community members needing guidance with federal services: “Today, join my team for one-on-one assistance with federal programs like Medicare & Social Security at the CARES Van event at the 10th Annual Moon Festival in Port Jervis. Pat Ryan has represented New York’s 18th district in Congress since replacing Antonio Delgado in 2022. Before serving in Congress, he was a member of the New York House of Representatives. Born in Kingston, New York in 1982 and currently residing in Gardiner, Ryan graduated from the United States Military Academy in 2004.
