Later that day, Ryan reported on his team’s outreach efforts at a local veterans’ picnic: “Today, my team is out with the C.A.R.E.S. Van at the MHA Veterans Picnic in Poughkeepsie. Stop by if you need assistance with a federal program like VA benefits, military records, Medicare, and more!” (August 1, 2025).
