Census Bureau: More women than men in Ulster County in 2020

Of the 178,371 people living in Ulster County in 2020, 50.4 percent (89,871) were women and 49.6 percent (88,500) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the West Hudson Valley News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 1,558. In the 65 and over age range, there were 19,311 females and 15,974 males.
