Of the 3,827 people living in Saugerties in 2020, 54.3 percent (2,079) were women and 45.7 percent (1,748) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the West Hudson Valley News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 44. In the 65 and over age range, there were 578 females and 373 males.
