November is Home Care Month. Sullivan County Department of Public Health is the sole Certified Home Health Agency in Sullivan County. In 2021, the CHHA served 1,354 patients. These patients received skilled nursing services as well as services from our home health aide, medical social worker, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech therapists.
