Hatchet Hardware of Coxsackie is hosting its grand opening event Friday through Sunday.

The store is located at 11780 Route 9W in Coxsackie, New York. The new location brings the company’s unique blend of personal, knowledgeable and helpful service -- paired with quality home maintenance expertise and products -- to Coxsackie residents.

As part of the celebration, production demos and a BBQ cookout with prizes will take place on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 pm. Customers will have the chance to enter to win an EGO Power+ 21-inch Single Stage 56 V Battery Snow Blower Kit valued at $849 on Friday and an EGO Power+ 21-inch Single Stage 56 V Battery Snow Blower Kit valued at $275 on Saturday.

The store was designed to reflect the needs of the local community, in addition to offering products and services customers have come to expect from a full-service Ace store. This includes solutions to everyday home maintenance needs, as well as an extensive array of high-quality products in a variety of categories, including as paint, lawn and garden, hand and power tools, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, housewares and outdoor living.

Hatchet Hardware of Coxsackie also focuses on providing expert specialty glass cutting, key cutting, acrylic sheet cutting, auto key programming and cutting, delivery, assembly and more. The store is packed with thousands of essential products and supplies, including some of the most respected brand names and best-selling items to help people take care of their homes. Key store focuses and product offerings include niche products such as Traeger, Craftsman, Big Green Egg, EGO, Toro, Scotts and many more.

Hatchet Hardware of Coxsackie's hours of operation are Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
