Sullivan County Department of Public Health will be offering a community flu clinic on Thursday, December 8th from 12:00-3:00 PM at our office at 50 Community Lane in Liberty. There will be an administrative fee charged for this clinic. The administrative fee will be based on a sliding scale with a maximum fee of $21 per person. Pre-registration is requested as vaccine is limited. Walk-ins are welcome based on vaccine availability. You can pre-register at: https://tinyurl.com/4r7hkmzw.
