A cardiac arrest call is one of the most serious calls first responders could be called to. This past weekend the men and women of the Mountaindale FD & EMS squad, along with ALS support from Mobilemedic EMS, responded to and successfully resuscitated a patient who was in cardiac arrest. With early CPR prompted by the 911 dispatcher, and a quick response by Fire & EMS crews, a life was saved. We congratulate the efforts of the Mountaindale FD/EMS team and all the other responders that contributed to this save.
