February is Library Lovers Month!
Celebrate with the Catskill Public Library!
For Adults: Mystery Date with a Book! During February at the Catskill Library, our mystery books will be decked out in their finest plain brown wrappers. Read the book’s dating profile, check it out and take a chance! Will your mystery book be hot or not?!
How does the Raffle work?
From Monday, February 1st to Tuesday, February 28th we’ll be running our Library Lovers Raffle for adults on the Main Floor!
Participants may fill out a raffle ticket once a day for every day you come to the library. Raffle prize drawings will be on Wednesday, March 1st. Prizes are gift certificates to local businesses from around Catskill, NY!
Important! Participants do not need a library account, but we encourage you to sign up!
This raffle is limited to participants aged 18 and older.
For Youth: Check out our Mystery Books for a chance to win one of two great prizes!
How does the Raffle work? From Monday, February 1st to Saturday, February 25th we’ll have our Mystery Book display set up in the Youth Room on the Ground Floor and in the YA section on the Main Floor!
Every time you check out one of our Mystery Books you’ll be entered into our Library Lover’s Raffle. On Monday, February 27th we’ll draw from everyone who’s entered and choose two different winners; one prize best for Grades K – 5, one prize best for Grades 6 – 12. The prizes are tote bags filled with bookish treats!
Important!
Mystery Books must be checked out to the participating minor’s library account.
This raffle is limited to patrons aged 17 and younger.
