Valley Central High School standout Alyssa Bonilla’s college team won in NCAA Division I softball game on Tuesday, April 8

On Tuesday, April 8, former Valley Central High School standout Alyssa Bonilla’s current college team, the Gardner-Webb Runnin’ Bulldogs, won 12-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the East Tennessee State Buccaneers.

The game took place at Brinkley Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Buccaneers this season.

The Runnin’ Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9 at 5 p.m. at Brinkley Softball Stadium against Appalachian State Mountaineers.
