No less than 140 pounds of unwanted/unused prescription drugs were picked up from our dropboxes yesterday by the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office -Sullivan County, NY (pictured is Corporal Dan Zayas) and the Sullivan County Rural Health Network's Cathie Paci. The boxes are located at our Department of Social Services in Liberty and the stations of the Liberty, Fallsburg and Monticello police departments. These drugs were transported to and destroyed at the Dutchess County Resource Recovery Agency in Poughkeepsie. Keep 'em coming!
