Rep. Pat Ryan, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing New York’s 18th district, recently took to social media to address several pressing issues. His statements covered topics ranging from local emergencies to national labor rights and community values.

On March 5, 2025, Rep. Ryan commented on a critical situation unfolding in Chester. He expressed gratitude for the quick response of first responders, stating: "Devastating news out of Chester this morning. Incredibly grateful to our brave first responders for their swift response and for always working around the clock to keep us safe. My thoughts are with the victims and their families."

Later that day, he highlighted his support for labor rights by introducing legislation aimed at enhancing workers' rights across America. In his tweet, he stated: "Every American should have the right to stand together and negotiate for high wages, better benefits, and safer working conditions. Proud to join my friends in labor in introducing the #PROAct to finally put those rights into law!"

On March 7, 2025, Rep. Ryan called upon his Hudson Valley community to stand firm against adversity. He urged collective action by saying: "This is not who we are as a country. Our Hudson Valley community needs to fight back with everything we’ve got."
