Arrest
Members from the Ulster County Sheriff's Office report the arrest of a 33 year old Kingston man for the misdemeanor of Driving While Intoxicated.
On April 18, 2022 at approximately 6:18 PM, deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident on Atwood Road in the Town of Marbletown. The resulting investigation alleges the male was operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition.
The male was released with an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Marbletown Court on a later date.
Any person(s) charged with an offense or offenses are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
