Sullivan County Public Health Services - Rabies Continues to Be Health Concern and Risk in Sullivan County

Rabies continues to be health concern and risk in Sullivan County. You can help protect your family and pets from rabies by following these easy tips. 

Remember to keep your pets and livestock safe by ensuring their rabies vaccinations are up to date. 

Do not leave pets outside unattended or let them roam free.

Even though they may look cute and cuddly, do not touch any animal you are not familiar with. 

If you have been bitten by an animal, or had contact with a wild animal, call Sullivan County Department of Public Health at 845-292-5910, Ext. 0 for assistance.
