Rep. Pat Ryan, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing New York's 18th district, has recently expressed his thoughts and concerns through a series of tweets. His messages cover a range of topics from personal grief to broader political issues affecting his constituents.

On February 19, 2025, Rep. Ryan shared his condolences following a tragic event involving the Bibas family and Kingston's Maurice Shnaider. He stated, "My heart is in pieces for the entire Bibas family, including Kingston’s Maurice Shnaider. There are no words to properly express my grief." He further noted that the entire Hudson Valley community joins in mourning.

The following day, February 20, 2025, he addressed healthcare monopolies and their impact on costs for families in Hudson Valley. He declared via Twitter that "For far too long, health care monopolies have had more than enough power and profit – we need to bring down costs and put Hudson Valley families first!"

Later on February 20, Rep. Ryan voiced concerns regarding the Social Security Administration's performance concerning senior citizens' benefits. He affirmed his commitment by stating "The Social Security Administration is failing our seniors. I'm standing up and fighting to protect the benefits you've earned."
