Garnet Health Medical Center – Catskills is recognizing a significant achievement for its Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Center, as it earns the Wound Center of Excellence Award from RestorixHealth. The award, bestowed for both 2024 award periods, gives the center the distinction of being a 2024 Distinguished Wound Center of Excellence.

The accolade is given to centers that surpass clinical, operational, and patient satisfaction benchmarks. "This outstanding achievement speaks to the dedication and expertise of our wound care specialists. An honor like this reflects our mission to restore health and improve the quality of life for those in our community," said Gregg Atlas, DPM, medical director of the center.
